The African Centre for Career Enhancement & Skills Support (ACCESS) at Leipzig University is inviting applications for the 2026 Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme. The scheme offers four fellowships for early-career researchers from Africa to develop their expertise in employability research. Fellows will spend six months in Leipzig, gaining research and teaching experience, receiving mentoring, and joining the vibrant ACCESS and Leipzig University academic community.
The fellowship is open to applicants from Benin, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, and Tunisia who have completed their PhD within the past two years. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend and are expected to contribute to ACCESS research, produce peer-reviewed publications, and participate in teaching and outreach activities. The deadline is 14 November 2025.
