From the 25th to 29th of April 2022, ACCESS partner university INES RUHENGERI in Rwanda is hosting a workshop training on employability skills via its Incubation Center. This five-day program is intended to enlighten fresh graduates on core employability skills needed on the employment market, so that they can align them with their educational background. It is the second intake in a series of workshops intended for fresh graduates who find it difficult to secure jobs from employers. They want to understand employers’ requirements, so that they can try to match them with their academically acquired skills but also their skills and competences obtained from other channels.
Participants will cover the following concepts: Understanding Employability concepts, Digital literacy for employment, Job getting skills and life learning skills, Entrepreneurship and project / Business modelling, Service learning.
